One-time services
You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if work has not yet started. Once work has begun, one-time services are non-refundable.
Monthly services
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with 30 days' notice. Payments already made for a month in progress are non-refundable, but you will not be charged for future months after cancellation takes effect.
Ad spend
Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google or Meta are non-refundable by us.
How to request
Email asia@stanleydg.com with your name and order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Square within 5–10 business days.
