Services
We provide digital marketing services as described on our website or in a written proposal. Specific deliverables and timelines are confirmed during onboarding.
Orders & payment
Payments are processed securely by Square. One-time packages are paid in full upfront. Monthly packages are billed each month in advance until cancelled.
Cancellation
Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice to asia@stanleydg.com. See our Refund Policy for details.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, approvals and accurate information needed for us to perform the work.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
No guarantees
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
